Apple unveiled its latest and greatest M2 chip at its WWDC 2023. The Apple M2 Ulta is a CPU that will blow the socks off Apple’s other CPUs, all whilst remaining incredibly efficient.
To be specific, the M2 Ultra features a 32-core Neural engine, a cluster of highly specialized compute cores optimized for the energy-efficient execution of deep neural networks on Apple devices, capable of 31.6 trillion operations per second.
With a 24-core CPU and a whopping 76-core GPU, if you placed this CPU into a Mac Pro, it would be 3x faster than the best Intel-based Mac Pro. An astonishing feat if you ask us.
The M2 Ultra Will in fact Debut in the new generation of Apple Mac Pros.
